London, UK; 16th November 2021: Untapped AI, the company that combines transformational human relationships with the disruptive power of AI feedback, is calling for an end to employee surveys. This is in light of data from Untapped AI’s platform of 10,000 users which reveals that two thirds of the workforce underestimate their anxiety levels when completing organizational surveys.

Its AI-powered insights also reveal a 35% disparity between what employees self-report on organizational and pulse surveys and their true feelings. This includes their sensibilities on subjects such as hybrid working, mental health, productivity, innovation and adaptability.

Human error is the top cause of serious breaches but malicious attacks are IT leaders’ biggest concern.

London, UK – 13th July 2021 – Egress’ Insider Data Breach Survey 2021 has revealed that an overwhelming 94% of organizations have experienced insider data breaches in the last year. Human error was the top cause of serious incidents, according to 84% of IT leaders surveyed. However, IT leaders are more concerned about malicious insiders, with 28% indicating that intentionally malicious behavior is their biggest fear. Despite causing the most incidents, human error came bottom of the list, with just over one-fifth (21%) saying that it’s their biggest concern.

Cutting Cybersecurity Corners at Home

Dublin, 30th March 2021: New global and Irish research from Microsoft shows that the new world of work is here to stay, as employees have now adapted to hybrid working and collaboration tools over traditional office practices. Organizations who fail to accommodate remote working are likely to lose employees to competitors offering flexible working practices and tools.

The first piece of research is Microsoft’s annual global Work Trends Index that looks at over 30,000 people in 31 countries. The report shows that over the last year, nearly three quarters of employees want flexible working options to continue.

London, UK – 25th March 2021 – Remote workers are still struggling with distracting working environments, stress and an ‘always-on’ culture after a year of working from home, new research has revealed. Egress’ Remote working: one year on report found that three-quarters of remote workers reported feeling worse as a result of long-term working from home, with almost over one-third (39%) feeling more stressed. The research also revealed a significant generational divide, with 66% of millennial and generation Z workers reporting feeling either tired, stressed or under more pressure at work, compared with 34% of baby boomer and Gen-X employees.
